ABOUT FOUNDER
A native San Francisco/Bay Area resident, Michelle Olvera is Founder & Editor of SupaSistaLatina. Having been involved at a prominent Latino media company ten years ago, the wave of Hispanic online users was on the rise and just starting to get noticed. She has followed the Hispanic media industry since then, specifically online destinations for Hispanic women. With SupaSistaLatina, US born Hispanic women will be tapped in with a free hip online editorial publication/email subscription with a focus on lifestyle, culture and local events. In addition, SupaSistaLatina will provide opportunities to network and expand social circles.
Michelle is dedicated to the Latino community and establishing a charitable giving/continuing education scholarship program for Hispanic women over the age of 25.
